Instructions
  1. Combine sugar and milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for two and a half minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Add vanilla, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream.
  3. Beat until creamy.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Refrigerate. Cut when cool.
